اثار النائب باسم السبع المرشح لأحد المقعدين الشيعيين في بعبدا، مسألة تتعلق بأقلام الاقتراع في الضاحية الجنوبية، حيث اشار الى نقل قلم المسيحيين الى خارج الدائرة الانتخابية وكذلك نقل الاقلام السنية من قلب الدائرة الى مناطق اخرى".
